Surgical Orthodontics

Surgery may be necessary to correct severe cases that include bad bites, jaw bone abnormalities, and malocclusion. While we do NOT perform the surgery ourselves, we work with many surgeons before, during, and after the process to ensure our patients are getting the best care.

This is a Rapid Palatal Expander.

Phase 1 Treatment

The importance of phase 1 treatment in children is to prevent more severe problems later on in adulthood by correcting jaw placements, teeth spacing, biting problems while the structure of the jaw is still growing.
