This is a case that isn’t quite finished, however, it illustrates a four premolar extraction case, over the course of a little over one year.
The patient had a chief complaint of teeth sticking out. Teeth were removed to help us alleviate the crowding and protrusion. Watch how it has progressed.
We have just sent her new impressions back for a revision. We’d like to open the bite just a bit, torque the upper incisors and upright the molars as well.
She did use elastics as part of her treatment and is moving along nicely.
